Machine Description:

The mechanism of the striper unit has a refined design for cutting & trapping yarn to achieve the selection loss free in running. With the electromagnetic actuator selecting system, the 4 color or 6 color striper system machine is able to act each striper action accurately.
Machine Functions and Advantages:
1.Cams design:
Leaf bed with adjustable reverse type cams, upper cams easy to keep tidy, do not accumulate yarn dust and easy in cleaning.
2. Yarn Guider:
Hanging type, changed the traditional way of covered yarn, knitting needles and yarn will be reduce friction during production, make knitting needles last longer lifetime.
3. Wheel unit:
Changed the traditional way of spandex warp woven under knit area, reduce the type of yarn dust to accumulate points, knit from wheel device for spandex directly into knit area, substantially reduced yarn dust.
4. Color selector:
Using the latest independent development of color selector, imported steel, longer lifetime simple design, volume light, movement and light and handy, with a mechanical reset device and automatic reset, knives can easily load and unload of cut yarn and do not accumulate yarn dust and so on. Our color selector have design patented. It can fit variety kinds of yarns. What’s more, its reversible design, make it more convenience to operate while setting yarn guider or timing etc.
5. Computerized system:
Use the advanced clear bright touch screen, available through the USB flash drive connection on the panel for input and setting the machine information and data. Three way function (Knit, Tuck, Miss) needles selection.
